Billing & Payments
Red Panda Leads uses prepaid account funding. You add money to your account, and leads are paid from that balance. We do not sell subscriptions and we do not bill on a set schedule. Your card is only charged when funds are added — by you, or by Auto-Replenishment if you turn it on.
Adding funds
When you start, you add a balance using a supported payment method. The funds are added right away and used to buy leads as they come in.
Auto-Replenishment (optional)
Auto-Replenishment is optional. It is off unless you turn it on.
Auto-Replenishment Authorization. When you turn on Auto-Replenishment, you allow Red Panda Leads to charge your saved payment method to add funds when your balance drops below the amount you choose. You can turn off Auto-Replenishment anytime in Billing. Turning it off stops all future automatic charges.
How to turn off Auto-Replenishment
- Sign in at app.redpandaleads.com.
- Open Billing.
- Click Disable in the Recurring Billing section.
After that, there are no more automatic charges. Any balance left stays available for leads.

You can pause or stop your campaigns anytime in your account. See our Cancellation Policy.
When your card is charged
- When you add funds yourself.
- When Auto-Replenishment is on and your balance drops below your set amount.
You are never charged on a set date, and never charged when Auto-Replenishment is off.

If you see a charge you do not know, contact us before disputing it. We can find it and fix it fast.
Receipts
We email a receipt for every charge. You can also see your billing history in the Billing section of your portal.
Payment security
Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers. Red Panda Leads does not store full card numbers.
Refunds
Lead refunds follow our Refund Policy.
