Refund Policy
At Red Panda Leads, we work to give investors high-quality leads. We cannot promise every lead will close, so we have this refund policy to keep things fair.
Refunds are given as credit to your Red Panda Leads account balance. That credit can be used for future lead purchases. We do not refund to your card unless we agree to that in writing.
How to request a refund
You have 7 calendar days from when a lead is delivered to ask for a refund.
Email contact@redpandaleads.com with:
- Lead ID
- Reason for the refund
- Proof (screenshots, call logs, links)
We review requests within 1–7 business days. If approved, we add the credit to your account balance. We may follow up with the lead to check the claim.
We will not refund for
- Leads that show interest in selling within 6 months.
- Leads with valid contact info but no reply.
- Leads that do not turn into a deal.
- Leads not generated by Red Panda Leads.
- Requests sent after 7 calendar days from delivery.
We may refund for
- Outside your target area— Property is outside your buying area. Send proof (Zillow, Assessor, etc.).
- Spam or fake leads— Contact info or identity is fake. Send proof.
- Bad contact info— Phone and email are both invalid. If email is valid, show 4 days of follow-up first.
- No response— No reply after 12 attempts over 4 days (calls, texts, emails; at least 3 per day). Send logs.
- Vacant land or non-residential— No home on the property. Send records.
- Mobile homes on rented land— Home not sold with the land. Send proof.
- Active MLS listing (for sale)— Property is listed for sale on the MLS. Send the live link. “For Rent” or agent-owned (not for sale) does not qualify.
- Wholesaler leads— Contact is a wholesaler not on title. Send proof.
- Not selling— Seller says they no longer want to sell. Send proof.
- Seller did not submit the form— Seller denies asking. Send proof.
- Duplicate leads— Same property from us within 30 days. Send both lead IDs. Duplicates from other platforms do not qualify.
- Other— If your case is not listed, explain it and send proof.
Appeals
If we deny your refund, you can appeal within 3 business days. Email contact@redpandaleads.com with the Lead ID, a short summary, and any extra proof.
Notes
- Too many refund requests may affect your lead flow.
- We suggest strong follow-up (A/B testing, triple dialing).
- Active buyers get more steady lead access.
