Cancellation Policy
Red Panda Leads does not use subscriptions or recurring billing. You add funds to your account, and leads are paid from that balance. You can stop future charges anytime.
You can stop anytime
- Pause campaigns anytime. Stop your lead campaigns whenever you want.
- Turn off Auto-Replenishment anytime. If you turned it on, you can turn it off in Billing.
- No charges after you turn it off. Once Auto-Replenishment is off, we will not charge your card again unless you add funds yourself.
- Your balance stays yours. Any money left in your account can still be used for leads.
- No minimum term. No long contracts.
- No cancellation fees. Stopping is free.
How to stop charges
- Sign in at app.redpandaleads.com.
- Open Billing.
- Pause your campaigns and/or click Disable in the Recurring Billing section.

Refunds
Stopping charges does not refund past purchases. Lead refunds follow our Refund Policy.
